By making payment and purchasing product(s) from Fordhams you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions
Returns Policy
You have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund. These rights, under the Consumer contracts Regulations 2013.
You have 14 days after the day you receive the products to change your mind. To meet the cancellation deadline you must notify us by email or telephone that you wish to exercise your right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
If the products have already been dispatched and or you have received them, you must return them to us without undue delay and not later than 14 days. You will have to incur the cost of returning them to us.
We will refund you using the same payment method that you purchased the goods. We may hold the refund until we receive the goods and or receive proof of postage or the tracking details.
Refunds
In the event you are dissatisfied or your candle is damaged, we will happily replace your candle with another from the same range or give you a full refund.
In order for us to do this, we need photographic evidence. If you could upload a photo and email us in the first instance.
A refund or exchange request must be done within 14 days of purchase date.
If any item needs to be returned to us, Fordhams does not cover the shipping cost.
Liability
Fordhams candles accepts no responsibility for physical injury or damages to possession or property as a result of its products or services. Please refer to the safety labelling attached to our products.
Candles should be placed in a safe positon on a stable surface, away from curtains and blinds. Please keep away from Children. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Remember candle jars and tins will remain hot after it has been extinguished. Hot wax can burn.
